Marlen Arita
Master Cosmetologist, Scalp and Skin Expert, and EducatorWith more than 40 years of experience as a licensed Master Cosmetologist, Marlen Arita is a respected scalp and skin expert, educator, and beauty-industry professional. She brings extensive knowledge to helping professionals better understand scalp and skin concerns and provide thoughtful, responsible solutions for their clients.
Born in Honduras and now residing in Florida, Marlen combines her technical expertise with training in personal development and leadership. She has a passion for helping beauty professionals grow in their knowledge, confidence, and ability to serve others with excellence.
Marlen primarily provides coaching and training in Spanish, the language in which she teaches most naturally and effectively. When working with English-speaking or bilingual audiences, Marlen and Carole collaborate to translate the technical information and create a learning experience that is clear, engaging, and accessible to everyone.
Within Signature 360°, Marlen brings specialized scalp and skin education, hands-on professional training, and a commitment to developing both the skills and the person behind the beauty professional.
Carole Mendoza
Carole Mendoza is a leadership coach, educator, curriculum designer, and the founder of Signature 360°. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, education, sales, coaching, and professional development, she helps beauty professionals strengthen the skills that technical education often leaves behind.
Carole brings together leadership development, team communication, client experience, consultation, and business growth in practical training designed specifically for the beauty industry. Her experience working alongside salon owners and professionals gives her a real-world understanding of the challenges beauty businesses face and the opportunities they may be overlooking.
A member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team since 2020, Carole holds a master’s degree in Curriculum and Technology and has completed all coursework toward a doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is also an author, speaker, certified Christian coach, and bilingual facilitator who provides coaching and training in English and Spanish.
Founder and Lead Facilitator, Signature 360°
Daisy Flores is the owner of The Salon of Pooler and brings more than 20 years of professional hair and makeup artistry to the Savannah and Pooler community she proudly calls home. She is known for serving women with care, excellence, and a genuine love for helping them feel beautiful and confident.
Daisy trained at the Milan Institute of Cosmetology and continued her education through a master stylist apprenticeship and advanced professional makeup training at the Orlando Santiago Makeup Academy. Her experience includes styling brides and bridal parties, collaborating with wedding professionals throughout the region, and working backstage for the annual SCAD runway fashion show.
Within Signature 360°, Daisy brings hands-on beauty expertise, salon ownership experience, makeup education, and a practical understanding of the client experience. She is bilingual and warmly welcomes both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and professionals.
